In August of 2020, we took Felix, Cathiouka, and Shimalay into our home in Raymond, Haiti. Their parents had died in a hurricane. Their uncle had been trying to care for them, but he was not able to give them the things they needed. They were suffering from severe malnutrition. The left-side photo of each child shows their condition when they first came to the home. After a few weeks of receiving medication for parasites, vitamins and proper meals, they are now thriving in our home.
You can see the dramatic difference in the right-side photo of each child.
